Tracy is an independent journalist based in Upstate NY near the Vermont border. In the 1990's and early 2000's, she worked as an advocate and organizer on pesticide and environmental health issues, and later with farmers in ecological agriculture and local food movement.
The Manhattan Solid Waste Advisory Board (MSWAB) meets monthly on the second Wednesday of the month. All meetings are virtual due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. In-person meetings will resume when it is deemed safe to do so.
